Welcome back! It seems like spring break flew by. Even though the ISAT’s are over school still goes on. We have so many exciting things going on. In April we will have a life changing adventure. It’s called Exchange City. The 5th and 6th grades students will go on a trip to Exchange City and run the city for a day. Parents are more than welcome to join us as a working volunteer. It’ll be so much fun. Look out for homework in the student planners.

I hate to be a pest but, please pay school fees if you have not done so already.
September is gone and October is here. I had a thought this weekend. I thought it would be great if we started speaking positive things into our children’s lives. How about if we start treating our students as scholars. If we call them scholars and treat them as scholars and expect things from a scholar we just might get a scholar. I am raising the expectations in room 208. No longer will talking in the hall be excepted or tolerated. Not having homework is not an option. Understanding is just a question away. I need your help with this task. You must begin to treat your children as scholars at home, no more messy rooms or watching television all evening. How about a book or family game night. Let’s build scholars that make a difference.
